Arduino is a set of electronic wiring components that can me combined and creatively constructed into many different projects. They can also be coded to accomplish many different things electronically. It comes with a full kit of components as well as a breadboard to wire everything up too and a coding software that can be downloaded on one's computer. For our purposes we used the basic projects provided by Arduino to learn about both coding and the basic principals of electricity and how it can be used to power different things.
To the left a shot clip of the spaceship interface is included as an example of how Arduino works.

Takeaways
I learned a lot about the overall functions of how electrical things like this work. Stuff like light switches, and volume controls on car speakers don't seem so magical anymore and its comprehendible how something like that could work. The coding aspect was also interesting, its something I would end up very bored doing for a long time but was intresting for a while.
